You like a product? Please verify if it's available. If not, you may ask to be contacted by email when it's available again.
Add all products you want to your basket and when you're ready to proceed check out and follow the process :
1/Identify yourself or create your account,
2/ indicate the delivery address,
3/ use your voucher, choose your order options
and 4/ proceed to payment.
You may pay by credit card on our secured bank host HSBC. Please check if you see the padlock which assures you a total security.
Please note that we won't accept bank cheques in other currencies than Euro. To pay by cheque, you need a French bank account in euros. Please print your invoice and send it us with your payment cheque, to the account of Editions 365, in a franked envelope at this address: Editions 365, 32 rue de Londres, 75009 Paris, France.
We do our best to send your orders in maximum 2 days. During Christmas time, from the 1st of December until 10th January, orders paid before 12:00 pm (Paris time) are dispatched the same day. Other orders are sent the next day ; orders paid on Friday are sent on Monday.
Shipping costs are always of 3,90€ for deliveries in Metropolitan France, Corsica, Andorra and Monaco. For other destinations, shipping costs depend on the total weight of your order.
From time to time, we offer you some vouchers which you can use on when proceed during My options stage.
If you live in Metropolitan France (or Corsica, Andorra, Monaco), you automatically have access to our Loyalty program. Save points when ordering and benefit an extra voucher when you have saved 150 points. 5% reduction o your next order and your shipping costs for Metropolitan France offered!
