Your account

To create your account on the online store 365 Publishing , enter your email address, which will become your username, and other required information in the appropriate fields. Heloise Service Client Relations, is at your service Monday to Friday from 9h to 13h and 14h to 18h 01 53 43 83 43 .

Change your password or account information is very simple. Click "My Account" and enter your username and password. Once connected, you can view and edit your personal information. 

When you click the "Forgot Password", please fill in the email address that was used to create your account. Your password will be emailed instantly. Be sure to check your junk or spam folder in case of no reception.

Sign up for the newsletter Publishing 365 by entering your email in the newsletter section at the bottom of the home page. You will be informed in preview of the publication of all our news, news of the online store and receive codes of reduction on account of our products. Note that in no way do we share with third parties or do not sell your email address.

You can unsubscribe at any time from the newsletter by simply clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletters you receive. You can also do this in your account, under "My subscriptions". Do not hesitate to contact us about this if you have trouble.

The information you provide us to process your order are only used in the context of our business relationship. In no way this information can not be shared with third parties or sold. Under the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have a right to access and correct personal data. Regarding your banking information (credit cards), they are only used as part of your secure payment on the platform of our bank, Caisse d'Epargne Île-de-France. We do not store any banking information concerning you.

Ordering

To order the 365 Éditions shop, simply browse the website by accessing the products offered in different categories. You can navigate by searching by type of articles or thematic. Then select the items you wish to purchase by clicking "Add to Cart". Once your products in the cart, you can check the contents of it by clicking on the basket, then let yourself be guided by clicking the "Order" button. On weekdays, your order is prepared in maximum 24 working hours. Orders placed on Friday after 12h and on weekends will be processed on Monday morning. The order is then immediately sent to the carrier (Post Office) by mode of delivery and the country you have chosen. In metropolitan France, the delivery times are between 1 and 4 days after delivery of your order to the carrier (La Poste).

If the item you want is not available, we invite you to regularly visit our site to see if your article is available again. If out of long-term stock, please contact Client Relations Heloise service by phone or by mail (available Monday to Friday from 9am to 18pm)
You also have the option to be notified by email of the availability of a product by entering your email address and clicking on the "Notify me when available" present on the product file concerned.

During the week, all orders are prepared and shipped within 24 hours maximum. Orders placed on Friday after 12h and on weekends are processed and shipped on Monday morning in the day (within the limit of available stock). Once your order is shipped, an email will automatically be sent.
Delivery times are between 1 and 4 days after delivery of your order to the carrier (La Poste).

If you have not yet received your order and the delivery time has expired, please contact us. We will make arrangements for you to receive your order as soon as possible. Note that during the year-end holidays, the delivery may be slightly elongated.

In principle, it is not possible to change your delivery address when your order has already passed. As early confirmation of payment, your order is sent to you in preparing the ship as soon as possible. You can still contact us by phone or email to check the status of your order and modify your delivery address if this is even possible.
If your order has already shipped, we will await the return it by post before a new shipment.

On weekdays we prepare orders every morning: your order is prepared the same day if you order before 12pm and the next day if you order after 12pm. For orders placed on weekends, they are prepared on Monday morning.
Thus, depending on the time of your order, you can determine if it is already being prepared at the time you want to cancel or change it. If your order has not been prepared yet, we invite you to contact us by email or telephone as soon as possible to cancel or change your order.
If your order has already been sent in preparation, it is not possible to cancel or change your order immediately. However, if you still want to cancel your order, please refuse your package. This we will then automatically returned by the Post Office and then we will make your refund or exchange.

Payment

We only accept payment by credit card (secure payment on our website) and payment by check (French check in euros).

You make your payment directly on the platform of the Savings Bank Île-de-France. You can make your payments securely online. You will recognize sites with secured payment thanks to the presence of a small padlock in the search bar and also the words "... https" in the url of the checkout page.

Be sure to check the expiration date of your discount code. Also be sure to respect the uppercase or lowercase, and enter your code without putting space. If you are having trouble, consider clearing the cache on your computer. If your code works, a text will appear, indicating that your coupon has been taken into account. The codes are not cumulative: if you have several, one of them may be used when ordering. After following these procedures and if the code does not work, please contact customer service.

Shipping & receiving

We currently deliver metropolitan France, French overseas territories, Europe and most of the rest of the world.
The list of available delivery country will be offered after confirmation of your cart.

Return of my order

To return your order, please follow the following procedure:

If possible, please indicate the reason for your return.
The return is at your expense unless the product is defective.
Upon receipt of the package, we will reimburse the (or) product (s) returned (s), provided that (s) is (are) in perfect condition (not défilmé not annotated ...).
You have a legal deadline of 14 days from receipt of your package to make your return request.

Once your package received by us, your refund will be made within 7 days directly on the credit card used for the confirmation of your order, or check if any.

Technical issues

These messages may be in your "junk" mail, or 'spam' folder of your email program. We recommend that you allow the http://www.editions365.com/ field in your anti-spam tool and / or email.

If your payment does not pass, make sure your card number and expiration date are not wrong. Check with your bank does not block the regulation. For security reasons, customer service has no access to your banking details but is available by phone and email to guide you.
